Yoga and Pilates classes are offered at our Vancouver studio on Broadway.
Level 1- These classes are tailored towards beginners and individuals working with injuries and/or physical debilitations. They include lots of modifications and cues so the class can be adapted to facilitate almost anyone. These classes move at a pace that encourages relaxation, greater body awareness, gentle strengthening and stretching.
Level 2- These classes are perfect for individuals who have a strong understanding of their physical limitations. Modifications and cuing make the classes accessible to people with injuries. We encourage you to take a level 1 class or consult with your physiotherapist or doctor before attending one of these classes.
Level 3- These classes are for individuals who are looking for a strengthening class and have a strong understanding of their physical limitations. Generally not for beginners but modifications and cues are provided so these classes are appropriate for new yogis who are already physically fit and have strong body awareness.
