Informative and interactive this class will challenge the mind and body. Leave with a strong understanding of the core muscle group and an exercise regime to maintain the results you achieve. Classes include a brief overview of your core anatomy so that you understand the muscles you are working out. You will also receive a handout that you can follow at home so you can keep strengthening all year long.

- Back pain
- Post Partum Instability
- Poor Balance
- Weak Abdominal Muscles
