Flow Yoga, also known as Vinyasa, can include many different styles of yoga but is characterized by the synchronization of breath and movement. The focus on maintaining a steady breath in these classes helps yogis maintain a consistent heart rate, decrease stress and anxiety and gain body awareness. Flow yoga allows for modifications of the more complex or difficult poses for greater safety.
