You’ve heard of Pilates but aren’t exactly sure where to begin…
Our fun, educational and engaging 4-week course will give you a basic understanding of the principles of The Pilates method; core conditioning, breathing, body alignment, and flow. Students will be introduced to Pilates terminology and classical mat exercises in a non-intimidating group class.
• Improve strength, flexibility and balance.
• Tone and build long, lean muscles without bulk.
• Challenge deep abdominal muscles to support the core.
• Restore postural alignment
• Create a stronger, more flexible spine and get relief from back pain
• Reduce stress, relieve tension, boost energy through deep stretching.
