Trying yoga for the first time? Curious about this mind-body exercise that has everyone talking? Our three-week Intro to Yoga series is a great way to get started. Specifically created to introduce beginner participants the basics and fundamentals of yoga, this class moves slowly, and builds on the previous weeks practice. Leave feeling stretched, strengthened, relaxed and confident about yoga!
This series is perfect for yogis who need extra attention due to an injury or health concern. There is a maximum of 10 participants per class so you are insured to get the attention you need.
