How do I sign up for classes?
Please visit the reception desk at Treloar Physiotherapy Clinic on the 5th floor of the building to pay.
1. Pre-registered classes- Please call Treloar Physiotherapy Clinic at 604-875-6207 to register for classes. We will require a credit card number or payment to hold your spot as classes do fill up.
2. Studio Cards - You can now purchase 5, 10, 15, and 30 class punch cards to receive discounts off drop-in class rates. Purchase a 15-class card and receive a complimentary class free. Cardholders do not have to register with the receptionist before each class. Just bring your card to The Studio and your instructor will stamp it. No sharing- One card per person.
3. Drop-In- Please pay the $15 drop-in fee at Treloar Physiotherapy Clinic (505-686 W Broadway- same building as The Studio but on the 5th floor) before class starts. Arrive at least 15 minutes early.

What should I bring with me?
- Water
- Towel
- Yoga Mat (mats available to use)
- Running shoes (for the Core Spiral Class and Group Fitness Class please bring running/white soled shoes appropriate for indoors)
Studio Etiquette
- Please arrive 15 minutes early to class to allow time for payment and to register. Unfortunately, late arrivals will not be allowed to interrupt the class.
- Please remove any outdoor shoes before entering The Studio.
- Avoid wearing any perfume or strong scents.
- Turn off all electronic devices that may be disruptive to others.
- If you are injured please speak to your instructor before class.
- Avoid talking loudly in The Studio area.
I'm interested in renting The Studio for my workshop, course, personal class etc. Is this possible?
