Kobi is an Australian Pilates instructor with six years teaching experience. She apprenticed at Riseley Physiotherapy and Pilates in Australia in 2003, and completed her formal Pilates certification with the Australian Pilates Method Association in 2004. As an undergraduate degree, Kobi completed her BSc in Physiotherapy in 2007. As an adjunct to this, she completed her Level 1 Sports Physiotherapy in 2008. Kobi is also trained in the Franklin Method, which she incorporates into her work as a Pilates instructor.
In early 2009, Kobi completed her Level 3 Bowen Therapy certification through Fascial Kinetics in Australia. Although this is a soft-tissue technique, Kobi integrates the principles of fascial release into Pilates sessions to encourage client relaxation and flexibility. Kobi is passionate about all aspects of her work, with a focus and particular interest in neurological conditions and general injury rehabilitation. She enjoys teaching clients to experience movement, and helping them to find and maintain an improved quality of life.
