Tara has been practicing Pilates for over 5 years. As a professional dancer and choreographer she credits Pilates specifically, for helping her with her injuries - regaining strength when injured, as well as preventing future injuries.
Tara’s interests in body movement and health, led to her studies in Human Kinetics at UBC where she is currently completing her degree in the Health and Fitness Field. She is certified as a Mat Pilates instructor through the Canadian Pilates Institute and a CESP Certified Personal Trainer. Tara’s focus is to increase the knowledge and physical awareness of each student, helping them to maximize their personal potential, achieve their goals, and increase their quality of life.
