
I first stepped onto the mat when I was 13 years old and quickly embraced the change from the competitive nature of my previous activities. Ever since, my practice has been an inward voyage that has helped me return to my most authentic self. This explorative journey inwards is what has inspired me to share the practice with others. My background in Kinesiology and personal training has helped me to forge a strong emphasis on anatomy, alignment and injury prevention as well as a firm grasp on the holistic connection between mind, body and spirit. In my vinyasa, hatha and power classes I encourage you to regard yourself as your greatest instructor. It is my intention that you leave class feeling a deeper sense of personal connection, physical accomplishment or more simply put, better than when you first walked in. With a passion for teaching, I will always remain humbled by the fact that I will also always be a student. Om Shanti.
