What is your background & training?
Born and raised in Vancouver, BC, I obtained my B.A degree from the University of Victoria and then traveled to Australia to graduate with a Doctor of Physiotherapy (DPT) from Bond University in 2015. Since then, I have worked in multiple areas of practice from orthopaedic and trauma wards to private practice, occupational rehabilitation, and Clinical Pilates. I also have a keen interest in pain science, strength and conditioning, and have been certified in functional dry needling and Stott Pilates rehabilitation.
What inspired you to choose this career path?
I have always been interested in sport performance and the human body. After sustaining multiple injuries throughout my life, I ultimately encountered Physiotherapists that helped me progress through managing my injuries. The healthcare field always interested me, which led to my changing career paths towards becoming a Physiotherapist, and I have never looked back.

What are you personally passionate about?
Outside of work, I am a musician; but I also enjoy strength training, cycling, skiing, and soccer.
