People of all ages, body types, and levels of fitness can benefit from working with a personal trainer. Through general conditioning, rehab conditioning, sport specific training and functional training, we can help you to achieve your goals of losing weight, regaining flexibility, increasing core strength or simply feeling healthy.
All clients will have a 30-minute consultation to establish history and goals, followed by subsequent individual sessions 60-75 minutes in length. Our trainers do work with ICBC and WorkSafeBC clients.
