What is your background & training?
I completed my Physiotherapy degree at Queen’s University in 1994. I then moved to Vancouver to complete all the manual therapy training to become a Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Physical Therapists. Although I have plenty of experience in treating all areas of the body, I have particular interest in treating necks and shoulders.
What inspired you to choose this career path?
Being very active and athletic, I required Physiotherapy in my 20’s and was inspired by the help I received that didn’t require medication or surgery.
Why do you choose to work at Treloar?
I have been at Treloar since my University graduation and have never left because this clinic continually offers mentorship, education and the best colleagues to work with in the profession.
What are you personally passionate about?
Work life balance. Love your job, be inspired to continue to grow in your career and have your children appreciate you as a Mom and as a Physio.
