People of all ages, body types, and levels of fitness can benefit from the services of a personal trainer. Working with a personal trainer can help you attain your goals. Whether to lose weight, regain flexibility, develop core strength or simply to feel healthy personal training will get you there. We offer various types of training: General conditioning, rehab conditioning, sport specific training, individual, group, and team training, and functional training. Our trainers also work with ICBC and Work Safe BC to help their clients return to a healthy lifestyle.

Personal training sessions run between 60-75 minutes. All clients receive a free 30-minute consultation to establish client history and fitness goals. Clients have a wide variety of training plans from individual sessions to 6, 12, and 20 session packages. Gift certificates are also available.

Sport conditioning draws upon the secondary characteristics of fitness (balance, agility, coordination, power, speed and reaction) and helps children, adults, athletes and weekend warriors move with greater efficiency and effectiveness. The primary goal is to improve an individual’s ability to develop quick and controlled, yet powerful, deceptive and confident movement patterns that will provide the tools for improved sport skills, tactics and overall performance.

The TWIST Sport Conditioning model is evidence-based and utilizes a neuromuscular and proprioceptive training style that focuses on multi-directional movement skills, speed, agility, quickness, transitional balance, reaction time, multi-joint strength, whole body power initiation, deceleration, and the anaerobic energy system necessary to fuel these movement based skills.
