ICBC patients with active and approved claims are not subject to a user fee for standard treatment appointments at Treloar Physiotherapy. Patients can receive their care concurrently by starting their Active Rehabilitation and/or Traditional Chinese Acupuncture sessions during their Physiotherapy treatment program.

  • ICBC Physiotherapy: ICBC patients are pre-approved for 25 visits within a 12-week period from the date of their accident.
  • ICBC Active Rehab: ICBC patients are pre-approved for 12 visits within a 12-week period from the date of their accident.

  • ICBC Traditional Chinese Acupuncture: ICBC patients are pre-approved for 12 visits within a 12-week period from the date of their accident.

Please note that ICBC Vestibular Rehab/Clinical Pilates/Pelvic Floor Therapy appointments will be subject to an additional fee. Please contact our clinics for more information.

No charge for active and accepted claims. A claim must be active at the time of first treatment in order for WSBC to be billed the assessment cost. If a client’s appointment date is more than 60 days since the date of injury, pre-approval is required from WorkSafeBC prior to the initial visit, or the private visit rate will be charged. Clients will be reimbursed once their claim is approved and processed. Please contact our clinics for more information.
