Active Rehab Program Kinesiology Vancouver

The Active Rehabilitation Program helps clients reach optimal recovery from injuries, including those resulting from a motor vehicle accident.

The program includes injury-specific strength, mobility, cardiovascular, and functional exercises. The program is administered in a one-on-one setting with a registered Kinesiologist. Frequent assessments and reports are generated throughout the program.

Private Active Rehabilitation sessions are also available to individuals who are looking to increase their physical activity with the guidance of a registered Kinesiologist. Your Kinesiologist will develop a plan suited to your individual needs and supervise your workout sessions to ensure proper alignment and execution in order to optimize your results.

Rates

Please note our new rates (listed below) will go into effect on February 15th, 2023 at our Cambie location.

  • Initial & Subsequent Sessions – 1 hour – $110 + GST
  • Subsequent Sessions – 30 mins – $65 + GST
  • Private 10 Session Package price – $1000 + GST
    *Package price is billed in full at the start of your first session
  • ICBC – No cost to the client
    *Direct referral not required for accepted claims
