What is your background & training?
I earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Psychology from the University of Victoria, followed by a Master of Physical Therapy from the University of British Columbia. During my Master’s program, I also obtained a Level 1 Diploma of Advanced Orthopaedic Manual and Manipulative Physiotherapy. My extensive experience volunteering and working in physiotherapy clinics has provided me with a solid foundation in treating diverse patient needs. My training has equipped me with a broad skill set, and I am committed to continually expanding my expertise as I grow in the field.
What inspired you to choose this career path?
I’ve always been passionate about helping people and have a deep fascination with the human body and its ability to heal through movement. Physiotherapy became the perfect avenue for me to combine my love of physiology, my desire to support others, and my belief in the transformative power of movement. I’m driven by the opportunity to empower individuals to take control of their health and achieve their personal goals, whether it’s recovering from an injury, improving mobility, or enhancing overall wellness.

What are you personally passionate about?
I’m passionate about staying active and maintaining a balanced lifestyle. I love cycling, running, climbing, skiing, mountain biking, and yoga, meditation—all of which help me stay energized and grounded. Traveling is another passion of mine, as it allows me to explore new cultures, cuisines, and experiences, which continually inspire my approach to health and wellness!
