What is your background & training?
Originally from Montreal, I moved to NYC to pursue my dance studies. Movement has always been a strong interest for me. Starting from my dance background, yoga, Pilates and eventual study in physiotherapy, health, movement, and postural alignment have maintained centered focuses on how I address each of my clients’ needs.
I’ve completed my studies in physiotherapy and received my undergraduate degree from Hunter College of CUNY and pursued further studies obtaining a Master of Orthopedics and then DPT from Touro College in New York state.
I’ve specialized in assessment, treatment, and Schroth based specific exercises forscoliosis and kyphosis back conditions with the Barcelona Scoliosis Physical Therapy School (BSPTS). I’ve also trained in Clinical Pilates with Pilates Process based in Vancouver.
For over 20 years, I’ve helped clients improve their quality of life treating a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions from acute to chronic presentations.
I moved to Vancouver in 2023 and am happy to join the team at Treloar’s and bring that special attention to my clients.
What inspired you to choose this career path?
I desire is to assist in finding solutions to my clients’ questions and conditions and to help in improving their quality of life, optimizing their potential and facilitating a safe return to their physical activities.

What are you personally passionate about?
I’m passionate about taking long walks in the beautiful parks of BC, practicing yoga, meeting and eating with family and friends, going to music concerts and art exhibitions.
