What is your background & training?
I have my Master of Physical Therapy from the University of British Columbia (2022) as well as a Bachelor of Kinesiology from Simon Fraser University, specialized in Active Health and Rehabilitation. Prior to completing my master’s, I received accreditation with the American College of Sports Medicine as a clinical exercise physiologist, with a personal interest in cardiac rehabilitation.
What inspired you to choose this career path?
As a physiotherapist, I am deeply passionate about empowering individuals to lead fulfilling lives by taking care of their physical, mental, and emotional health. I firmly believe in celebrating even the smallest accomplishments in life and am driven to create healthy habits that people can sustain over the long term. By promoting the enjoyment of physical activity and encouraging healthy lifestyle choices, I hope to inspire my clients to live life to the fullest while achieving their health and wellness goals!
Why do you choose to work at Treloar?
Treloar has an exceptional team whose members possess remarkable skills and an unwavering passion for their work. I am particularly drawn to the supportive and encouraging atmosphere that enables me to thrive as a practitioner and deliver exceptional care to patients.
What are you personally passionate about?
Lifting weights, paddleboarding, and pretending that I enjoy running (I hate running but it’s too good for my cardiovascular health to pass up).
