Cancer and its treatments can cause many different side effects that impact physical functioning, independence and quality of life. Exercise is a safe and effective treatment strategy that helps prevent, manage and improve side effects of cancer treatments and is recommended at all stages of cancer.

Our Exercise Physiology & Physiotherapy team is specialized in working with people with a cancer diagnosis. We see patients before, during and after cancer treatments (surgery, chemotherapy, radiation, hormone therapy, etc.) and into recovery and survivorship. Our team understands the complexities of the cancer journey and that your experience is unique and individual and we tailor your rehabilitation and exercise plans accordingly.
Our sessions are designed to support you physically, from diagnosis through to survivorship, and you can use our services at any point in your cancer journey. Your partner or support person is also able to accompany you during your sessions.

- 60 Minute Individual Exercise Physiology – $115
- 30 Minute Individual Exercise Physiology – $70

- Group Session Single Pass – $45
- Group Session Five Pack Pass – $200

Cancer Recovery Group Exercise Classes
Individualized exercise programs delivered in a small-group format of maximum 4 people and are supervised by an Exercise Physiologist/Cancer Exercise Specialist. These classes are suitable for anyone with a cancer diagnosis, before, during and after cancer treatment, post-surgery & into survivorship.
Return to Work Conditioning
Our team is experienced in assisting with your conditioning to enable a successful graduated and full return-to-work. We focus on your work-specific requirements and understand the changes that cancer can cause (e.g. fatigue, cognitive impairments, physical deconditioning). If you are currently off work due to cancer, your extended medical company may fund a return-to-work conditioning program to improve your physical capacity and get you job-ready. We encourage you to inquire with your individual coverage provider directly to see if this is available to you.
