The GLA:D Canada Program is unique because it’s an evidence-based initiative that combines education and exercise to specifically address hip and knee osteoarthritis. Individuals experiencing stiffness, pain in the knees and/or hips, or those diagnosed with knee and/or hip osteoarthritis are ideal candidates for the GLA:D Canada Program.
