My love for health and fitness. I want to help those who have had any injuries anywhere from motor vehicle accidents to a cancer diagnosis. I want to educate on correct technique, build strength and inform everyone of the benefits exercise provides on a day to day basis.

Why do you choose to work at Treloar?

The people! Staff & Clients. Everyone works together to ensure the clients have the best treatment, staff information seminars to further our knowledge and the support of everyone for my goals as a practitioner.

What are you personally passionate about?

Daily exercise- currently learning olympic lifting to challenge and improve my strength as well as anything outdoors. I snowboard in the winter and hike/ bike in the summer; making Vancouver my perfect home.
