What is your background & training?

I graduated from Western University (London, Ontario) in 2020 with a Master of Physical Therapy. I completed my undergraduate degree at University of Waterloo for my Bachelor of Science, Honors Kinesiology & Minor in Rehabilitation (Co-op).

I have three years of experience in Acute Care at St Paul’s Hospital working with a range of clientele, including people with acute neurological conditions, joint replacements, cardiac and respiratory illness, and geriatric populations. Over the past five years, I have also worked as a Personal Trainer using exercise to assist with injury prevention. I completed my Level I Manual Therapy Certification (2020) and will be continuing my Level II course in 2023.

What inspired you to choose this career path?

I genuinely enjoy helping people reach their physical goals, whether it is recovering from injury, preventing injury, learning a new activity or wanting to optimize performance!
