What is your background & training?
I completed my Master of Physical Therapy at Western University, and my Bachelor of Science at the University of Waterloo. I have successfully completed Level I & II Upper and Lower Quadrant Manual Therapy courses through the National Orthopedic Division Advanced Integrated Musculoskeletal (AIMS) Physiotherapy Program. I am a certified GLA:D program instructor for Hip and Knee Osteoarthritis.
Additionally, I have three years of physiotherapy experience at St Paul’s Hospital working with a range of clientele, including people with acute neurological conditions, joint replacements, cardiac and respiratory illness and geriatric populations. I have five years of working with clients as Certified Personal Trainer using functional exercise as a tool for injury prevention.
What inspired you to choose this career path?
I genuinely enjoy helping people reach their physical goals, whether it is recovering from injury, preventing injury, learning a new activity or wanting to optimize performance!

If I am not in the clinic, you can find me exploring the outdoors, cooking new recipes or spending time with family and friends!
